A cryptocurrency whale sold 250 WBTC at an average price of $84,710 over an 8-hour period, totaling $21.17 million and incurring a loss of $7.948 million, on-chain analyst Ai Yi reports. The same address liquidated its entire ETH position between November 17 and November 21, selling 17,497 ETH at an average price of $2,994.9 for $52.41 million, with 13,316 ETH from earlier positions resulting in an $18.4 million loss. The whale accumulated these WBTC and ETH holdings during August-September peaks, suffering a combined realized loss of $26.348 million in under four months, while the remaining 1,310 WBTC position shows an unrealized loss of $40.71 million.
