Crypto Whale Sells 18,823 ETH at $3.138 Million Loss After December Accumulation

An on-chain whale address executed a significant sale of 18,823.9 ETH, valued at $55.59 million, over the past week, resulting in a realized loss of $3.138 million. This activity was reported on Jan. 29 by on-chain analyst Ai "Aunt Ai" (@ai_9684xtpa). The address recently deposited 5,133.91 ETH, worth $15.38 million, to the OKX exchange within the last 11 hours, with its most recent ETH position initiated on Jan. 22. Data indicates that since Dec. 5, 2024, the whale had accumulated a total of 55,262.16 ETH at an aggregate cost of $172 million, averaging an entry price of approximately $3,120.
