Bitcoin ETFs have grown to $107 billion in assets under management, posting net inflows for a fourth consecutive session. Solana's Alpenglow upgrade is now live on testnet and is designed to reduce transaction finality to 150 milliseconds. Minnesota has approved crypto custody services for banks, with the new framework taking effect on August 1.
