Bitcoin: Strategy estimated to buy 3,467–4,077 BTC today via STRC ATM
Strategy's STRC preferred-stock at-the-market (ATM) program appeared highly active in today's session, with tracked trading volume estimated at $474 million to $512 million. Data providers reported that 100% of that volume cleared the $100 par level, a threshold used to flag active ATM issuance.
BitcoinQuant estimated the company bought about 3,867 BTC based on a 55% capture rate, while the BitcoinForCorporations tracker put the figure at roughly 4,077 BTC using a 64% capture rate. That implies today's absorption was about 8.6 to 9.1 times the estimated 450 BTC of daily mined supply, extending STRC's active-ATM streak to eight consecutive days.
STRC traded near its $100 par value throughout the session and is currently yielding about 11.5%. Michael Saylor highlighted the stock's trading dynamics yesterday, saying it showed "one penny of volatility, $330 million of liquidity, closed at par."
Strategy purchased 44,377 BTC in March, representing nearly all corporate Bitcoin accumulation during the month. The company has also filed a new $42 billion ATM program split evenly between STRC and MSTR, plus an additional $2.1 billion in STRK. Projections suggest Strategy could surpass 1 million BTC by November 2026 if the full amount is deployed at the current pace.
