SpaceX Reveals 18,712 Bitcoin Stake Worth About $1.3B

SpaceX reported in an S-1 filing that it held 18,712 Bitcoin as of March 31, 2026. The company's $BTC position carried a fair value of about $1.293 billion at the end of the quarter. The filing also shows SpaceX built the stake at an average cost basis of roughly $35,300 per Bitcoin.
