SEC Drops Seven Crypto Enforcement Cases, Calls Earlier Approach a "Misinterpretation"

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said it has moved to address what it described as "flaws" in its earlier crypto enforcement strategy, dismissing seven cases against digital-asset companies including Binance and Coinbase.
