Resolv Labs burns 46M USR, paring hack impact to about $24.48M

Resolv Labs said an attacker exploited a minting flaw on March 22, creating about 80 million USR without collateral. Roughly 34 million USR was sold and swapped for 11,409 ETH (about $24.48 million), which is now held at address 0x8ED...81C. The remaining ~46 million USR was removed from circulation after the team upgraded the contract, effectively burning the tokens from the attacker's address. Based on the funds converted to ETH, the project estimates the realized loss at about $24.48 million.
