May 27 — Blockchain security firm PeckShield said it detected abnormal activity involving contracts tied to StakeDAO on Arbitrum, where about 5.4 trillion vsdCRV was minted. PeckShield's security team believes the incident may be an "infinite mint" exploit. The attacker swapped part of the vsdCRV for roughly 43.781 ETH (about $91,000) and moved the funds through a cross-chain bridge to Ethereum address 0xeF3C…aa25.
