On-chain real-world assets hit a record $33.7 billion
Data from rwa.xyz show the total value of on-chain real-world assets (RWA) has climbed to $33.7 billion, a new all-time high. Roughly $1.5 billion of the latest increase was driven mainly by institutional-grade tokenized U.S. Treasury products on Ethereum, including fresh inflows into Franklin Templeton's iBENJI and BlackRock's BUIDL. Tokenized commodities also posted strong gains, with JMWH cited as a major contributor. Institutional analysts say the expansion is being led by traditional financial institutions, arguing that the "TradFi wave" is speeding up asset tokenization.
