Morgan Stanley Targets 0.14% Fee for Proposed Spot Bitcoin ETF
Morgan Stanley has set pricing for its proposed spot Bitcoin ETF, according to CoinDesk, as cited by ChainCatcher. An amended filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shows the fund would carry a 0.14% expense ratio, or 14 basis points. If approved, it would become the cheapest spot Bitcoin ETF on the market. Fees across competing products generally run between 15 and 25 basis points. Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF currently posts the lowest published fee at 0.15%, while larger offerings such as BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) charge 25 basis points.
