Morgan Stanley Files SEC Registration for Solana Trust

Morgan Stanley has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a Solana Trust, according to a report by Cointelegraph. The asset manager, which oversees approximately $1.3 trillion in assets, also filed for a Bitcoin Trust on the same day, Cointelegraph reported. The move comes after the approval of spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the United States in 2024.
