Morgan Stanley Files for Spot Bitcoin ETF Tracking CoinDesk 4PM NY Rate

Morgan Stanley filed for the Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust, a spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund tracking the CoinDesk Bitcoin Benchmark 4PM NY rate, according to the filing. The ETF will hold bitcoin directly with custody from BNY Mellon and Coinbase Custody and is slated to list on NYSE Arca. The product is structured without leverage, derivatives, or active trading strategies.
