Maitong MSX Opens PreIPO Subscriptions for SpaceX, ByteDance, Lambda Labs and Cerebras Equity

Decentralized RWA trading platform Maitong MSX launched a PreIPO section offering equity stakes in four private companies: SpaceX ($3 million), ByteDance ($2 million), Lambda Labs ($1 million) and Cerebras Systems ($500,000), Odaily Planet Daily reports. Eligible users can subscribe to these PreIPO assets on the MSX platform with a minimum of $10 per transaction. The PreIPO segment is structured through a collaboration between MSX and Republic, with assets linked via compliant channels and held by regulated third-party custodians. MSX said it plans to gradually expand the range of PreIPO assets and explore technical approaches to improve asset liquidity.
