Litecoin patches zero-day flaw after DoS-linked 13-block chain reorg

Litecoin reported that a zero-day vulnerability was exploited on Saturday, leading to a 13-block chain reorganization following a denial-of-service attack targeting mining pools. The project said the issue has been fully patched and the network is now operating normally.
