iShares Bitcoin ETP Issues 660,000 New Securities, Cuts Fee to 0.15% Through 2026

iShares Digital Assets AG issued 660,000 additional securities for its iShares Bitcoin ETP on Wednesday, raising the total from 110,274,328 to 110,934,328, Investing.com reported. Each new share was priced at $6.89, and the product trades on the London Stock Exchange under ticker IB1T to track Bitcoin's performance. The ETP has a total expense ratio of 0.25% per annum, but a partial fee waiver through December 31, 2026 lowers the effective rate to 0.15% per annum. The newly issued securities are expected to start trading on the exchange's main market on February 12, 2026.
