Ethereum Foundation to Swap 5,000 ETH Into Stablecoins via CoW DAO TWAP

The Ethereum Foundation said on X it will convert 5,000 ETH into stablecoins using CoW DAO's TWAP tool, with proceeds earmarked for R&D, grants and donations. ETH was last at $2,197, up 6.4% over the past 24 hours.
