THORChain Router Flagged for Suspected Exploit, $7.2M in Suspicious Transfers
BlockBeats reports that on May 15, security monitoring firm Cyvers issued an alert after detecting about $7.2 million in suspicious transactions linked to the THORChain router across multiple networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BSC, and Base. Cyvers said the assets involved span a range of tokens, including USDT, USDC, WBTC, DAI, THOR, LUSD, XRUNE, GUSD, AAVE, LINK, and FOX. The funds were reportedly converted into ETH and then consolidated into a single address: 0xd477b69551f49C0519F9B18c55030676138890Bd. Cyvers urged users to stay alert to potential risks and noted that its security solutions can be used to run security assessments.
