CryptoQuant CEO Links Upbit Security Breach to Lazarus Group

CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju said on Nov. 28 that the Upbit security incident is allegedly tied to the North Korea-linked Lazarus Group, BlockBeats reports. Upbit disclosed a vulnerability that could allow private key inference. Ki noted that few entities beyond North Korean hackers would possess the capability to exploit such a flaw if the claim proves accurate.
