CFTC Chair Says Crypto Market Structure Bill Close to Becoming Law

The CFTC Chair said a crypto market structure bill is close to being signed into law. The Chair said they want to futureproof the statutory framework for crypto and "can't allow for Gary Gensler 2.0" to come in and tear it up. "We're going to get this thing across the line," the Chair said.
