BlackRock's ETHB ETF Begins Nasdaq Trading on March 12, Partners with Figment for Ethereum Staking

BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Staking Trust ETF (ETHB) began trading on Nasdaq on March 12, marking the firm's first ETF to provide staking rewards, Figment said. The independent staking provider was appointed to supply validator node infrastructure for ETHB and supports over 1,000 institutional clients, including asset managers, exchanges, wallets, foundations, custodians, and large token holders. Figment said the partnership follows recent bipartisan regulatory developments that explicitly recognize staking as critical infrastructure, adding that staking participation on the Ethereum network is at a historic high and contributes to greater network security and stability.
