BitMine's ETH holdings reach 5.42M, equal to 4.49% of total supply

BitMine added 26,500 ETH to its Ethereum position last week. As of May 31, 2026, the company held 5.42 million ETH, representing 4.49% of Ethereum's total supply. BitMine said its combined cryptocurrency, cash and other investment assets are valued at about $11.6 billion. The total includes $446 million in cash, 203 BTC, $180 million of equity in Beast Industries, and a $93 million investment in Eightco Holdings. The company has staked 4.72 million ETH, more than 87% of its total Ethereum holdings, valued at roughly $9.5 billion. It estimates annualized staking income of about $258 million. Tom Lee said Ethereum's current price fails to reflect improvements in the network's fundamentals. BitMine expects to reach its target of owning 5% of Ethereum's total supply by the end of 2026.
