BitGo Prices IPO at $18 Per Share, to List on NYSE at $2.1 Billion Valuation

BitGo will list on the NYSE under ticker BTGO on Jan. 22 after pricing its IPO at $18 per share, above the $15 to $17 range, BlockBeats reports. The pricing values the company at $2.1 billion. The prospectus shows revenue of $10 billion for the nine months ended Sept. 2025, compared with $1.9 billion a year earlier, and assets under custody of $104 billion.
