Binance SAFU Fund Buys First Bitcoin Batch for $100M, More Purchases Planned Within 30 Days

Binance announced on Feb. 2 it completed the first Bitcoin purchase for its SAFU fund, converting $100M in stablecoins. The fund's BTC address is 1BAuq7Vho2CEkVkUxbfU26LhwQjbCmWQkD. Binance will continue buying Bitcoin with remaining SAFU assets within 30 days of the initial announcement.
