Binance market maker account allegedly compromised; $10M–$20M drove BROCCOLI714 up 1130%

A market maker account on Binance was allegedly compromised in the early hours of January 1, with $10 million to $20 million from that account deployed to pump BROCCOLI714, BlockBeats reports. The token surged 1130% on Binance spot from about $0.013 to a temporary high near $0.16 before reversing to $0.012 within 15 minutes. BROCCOLI714 was last quoted around $0.017 at the time of reporting, after the intraday peak and subsequent decline on Binance spot.
