Bhutan moves 100 BTC worth $8.1M, has sold $230M in Bitcoin so far this year

Bhutan has continued to offload Bitcoin, according to Arkham's onchain tracking cited by ChainCatcher. The country recently transferred 100 BTC, valued at about $8.1 million, from a wallet holding its reserves. Based on the current pace of sales, Bhutan's remaining BTC could be depleted by the end of September. Since the start of the year, it has sold a cumulative $230.39 million in BTC. Its remaining holdings are valued at roughly $252 million, with sales running at around $50 million per month. At current prices, selling all remaining BTC would put Bhutan's onchain profit at about $767 million.
