AlphaTON Capital signs $46M computing deal to scale Cocoon AI on TON network

AlphaTON Capital Corp, the TON token treasury company, signed a $46 million computing infrastructure agreement on Jan. 13 to expand its deployment on Cocoon AI, a decentralized AI network built on Telegram, The Block reports. The deal will add 576 NVIDIA B300 chips, scheduled for delivery in February, and marks AlphaTON's first large-scale confidential computing deployment. The transaction comprises $4 million in cash, $32.7 million in non-recourse debt financing, and $9.3 million in equity paid in installments.
