Abu Dhabi Investment Council Tripled Bitcoin ETF Holdings to $518 Million in Q3

Abu Dhabi Investment Council expanded its holdings in BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF to nearly 8 million shares valued at approximately $518 million as of September 30, Bloomberg reports citing regulatory filings. The position, disclosed by an ADIC subsidiary, represented more than a threefold increase from 2.4 million shares held three months prior. The accumulation occurred during the third quarter, preceding a subsequent cryptocurrency market selloff.
