Aave Deposits Slide to $30.7B as Outflows Persist

ChainCatcher reports that on-chain analyst Yujin says capital continues to exit Aave, with $15.1 billion withdrawn over the past three and a half days. Total deposits have fallen to $30.7 billion from $48.5 billion prior to the Kelp security incident, wiping out roughly one-third of the platform's funds. Other major lending venues show mixed trends. Morpho's deposits have declined from $11.7 billion before the rsETH incident to $10.2 billion, implying $1.5 billion in net outflows. Spark has moved in the opposite direction: SparkLend's TVL rose from $1.9 billion to $3.2 billion over the same period, drawing $1.3 billion in inflows. Yujin adds that Spark has taken in some of the funds pulled from Aave by large whales and institutions, including Sun Zhuochen and a whale known for deploying $500 million in February to buy the dip.
