CLARITY Act draws backing from 160 former U.S. security and law enforcement officials

A group of 160 former U.S. national security and law enforcement officials has endorsed the CLARITY Act, calling digital asset market structure a national security priority. In a joint letter, the signatories said clearer rules for crypto markets would strengthen efforts to fight fraud, money laundering, and other forms of illicit finance.
