Ripple Developer Panos Mekras Sets 2026 Target to Prioritize XRP Ledger Network Growth

Ripple developer Panos Mekras has urged the XRP community to shift its focus from XRP price speculation to strengthening the XRP Ledger network by 2026. He argues that XRPL currently trails other blockchains in user activity, DEX volume and liquidity, and calls for infrastructure upgrades, better bridges and a new success framework based on users, volume and real-world usage.
