Cardano Founder Charles Hoskinson Floats On-Chain “True Tinder” Concept

At Consensus Hong Kong, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson proposed a fully verifiable Web3 dating app that would let users prove profile details on-chain. He argued the same approach could extend beyond dating to mainstream services, positioning blockchain as an “everything product” rather than only a finance tool. Separately, Cardano’s team has begun Midnight’s gradual mainnet rollout, with the current Kūkolu phase expected to reach full go-live by April 1, 2026.
