USDC Treasury prints 500M USDC on Solana, destroys $100M on Ethereum

On-chain records show the USDC Treasury minted two tranches of USDC on Solana totaling 500 million tokens. The first 250 million was issued at 18:13 (UTC+8), followed by another 250 million at 21:29. Separately, the treasury burned about 100 million USDC on Ethereum at 21:20 (UTC+8).
