Hyperliquid Whale Portfolios Shift as Silver Shorts Expand and Major HYPE Long Reduces Margin by $7M

Between 10:00 and 20:00 on Jan. 29, several active whales adjusted positions on Hyperliquid, HyperInsight data show. Trader "麻吉" closed a HYPE long for a profit of $961,000, while the largest HYPE long whale withdrew $7 million in margin, lifting its liquidation price to $25. On the short side, the "白银铁头空军" account increased short exposure to silver at an average entry of $116.76, while the "闪电反手" whale closed BTC and ETH shorts for a combined gain of $351,000. The "2000 万波段猎手" whale continued adding to gold and XMR short positions and remained the largest XMR short on the platform.
