WisdomTree to Launch 24/7 Trading for WTGXX Following SEC Relief and FINRA Approval

WisdomTree plans to offer 24/7 trading and instant settlement for its tokenized Treasury Money Market Digital Fund (WTGXX), the first such fund under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The move follows conditional exemptive relief from the U.S. SEC and FINRA approval allowing its affiliated broker-dealer to provide dealer-principal liquidity. The approvals enable registered tokenized mutual fund shares to trade and settle around the clock.
