SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce Urges Tokenization and ETF Innovators to Engage Regulators

SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce called on companies developing tokenization and innovative ETF structures to approach regulators directly. She said the message to such firms is to come in and speak with the agency about what they are building.
