Crypto liquidations total $313M in 24 hours as shorts bear the brunt

CoinGlass data show total cryptocurrency liquidations of $313 million over the past 24 hours. Long positions accounted for $41.96 million, while short positions made up $271 million. BTC liquidations reached $158 million and ETH liquidations totaled $81.39 million. In all, 81,920 traders were liquidated during the period. The largest single liquidation was a $4.12 million BTCUSD position on Hyperliquid.
