Cardano Rises Nearly 10% Toward $0.30 as Bitcoin Tests $70,000

Cardano led major altcoins with a nearly 10% gain toward $0.30 as Bitcoin rebounded from a three-week low near $62,500 to briefly test $70,000 before settling around $68,000, up roughly 4.5% with market dominance just above 56%. The rally came after a benign State of the Union address eased concerns over new crypto regulations and tariff shocks, while broader risk appetite strengthened alongside gains in equities and tech stocks. A positive Coinbase Bitcoin Premium Index and more than $257 million in ETF inflows supported the move, lifting total crypto market capitalization to about $2.425 trillion as Ethereum, XRP, Solana, Dogecoin, BNB, HYPE, Chainlink, DOT, STABLE, UNI, and NEAR also advanced.
