Prenetics ends new Bitcoin buys to fund IM8 growth, retaining 510 BTC and over $70M cash

Prenetics Global said in a Tuesday statement it will stop adding to its Bitcoin holdings and redirect capital to grow its IM8 supplements brand. The Nasdaq-listed firm, backed by David Beckham, still holds about 510 BTC and more than $70 million in cash. The pivot follows an October $48 million equity raise originally positioned for crypto accumulation.
