Bitwise CIO outlines 3 key checkpoints for crypto to reach new all-time highs by 2026

Bitwise chief investment officer Matt Hougan argued that crypto must clear three major checkpoints before setting new all-time highs in 2026, including post-October liquidation stability, passage of the CLARITY Act in the US Senate and a resilient equity market.
