A potential move in the U.S. 10-year yield toward 5.0% and roughly $296 million in weekly spot Bitcoin ETF outflows have raised downside risk, with a possible retrace zone cited at $58,632–$55,302.

Bitcoin's network hashrate rose back above 1 ZH/s on March 28, while hashprice slid over the prior days to $31.60 per PH/s per day. Difficulty was last adjusted down 7.76%, and the next adjustment is due April 2, 2026 with an estimated +6.43% change. Miners are earning about 3.14 BTC per block, with fees contributing 0.43% and mempool fees around 2.4 sats/vB.

Bitcoin's market structure has broken down after weeks of compression, keeping the broader bias tilted to the downside even as a short-term bounce remains possible. Analysts highlighted $64,000 as a key downside liquidity area, with $62,000 below it, while rebounds may face resistance unless BTC can reclaim $68,000 and later $67,300.

Bitcoin is trading around $66,400, nearly 48% below its October 2025 all-time high of $126,080. A technical setup highlighted by Leshka.eth points to $60,000 as a decisive support zone, while a break could shift focus to a macro trendline near $40,000.

Bitcoin slid to around $65,500 on Friday before hovering near $66,110, down 4.2% over the past 24 hours. A March 27 X post by analyst Maartunn said short-term holders moved roughly 21,700 BTC to exchanges within 24 hours, signaling capitulation as realized losses spiked alongside the inflows.

Robert Kiyosaki said on March 27 that he avoids traditional products such as S&P 500 stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and cash, and instead focuses on assets he says governments and banks cannot "print." He also pointed to a prior sale of about $2.25 million in bitcoin at roughly $90,000 per coin and said he has resumed buying ahead of a potential 2026 crash.

Binance said institutional trading is increasingly shifting to private liquidity venues, after CEO Richard Teng noted the exchange's OTC desk had already reached 25% of 2025's total OTC volume in the first two months of 2026. Binance's March 20 OTC & Execution Services Insights report also pointed to faster crypto buying via fiat and stablecoins and cited a $105 million WBETH-to-ETH conversion completed within two hours. The report discussed institutional attention to bitcoin's $60,000 level in early February and highlighted a $55,000–$69,000 range following consolidation after spot bitcoin ETF launches in early 2024.

Morgan Stanley has proposed a 0.14% management fee for its spot Bitcoin ETF product MSBT, positioning it 44% cheaper than BlackRock’s IBIT at 0.25%. Data cited in the report shows IBIT at $63 billion in cumulative net inflows and $52 billion in net assets, while overall spot BTC ETFs posted $225 million in outflows on 27 March and BTC slipped to $65K.
