BlockFills Operating Entity Reliz Ltd Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy with Up to $500 Million in Liabilities

Reliz Ltd, the operating entity of crypto trading and lending firm BlockFills, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Delaware, disclosing $50–100 million in assets and $100–500 million in liabilities. The filing comes after the company suspended customer withdrawals in February amid an asset freeze linked to asset misappropriation allegations by Dominion Capital. BlockFills, backed by investors including Susquehanna and CME Group's venture arm, reported over $61 billion in trading volume in 2025.
