Balancer Offers 20% Bounty to Attacker for Return of Stolen Funds

Balancer sent an on-chain message on Nov. 3 offering a 20% white-hat bounty in exchange for the return of stolen assets, GoPlus Security reports. The offer remains valid for 48 hours. The protocol communicated directly with the attacker's address on-chain following the incident.
