Dubai Land Department has launched Phase Two of its real estate tokenization initiative on the XRP Ledger, enabling controlled secondary market trading of tokenized properties. Ripple Custody secures the live trading infrastructure for these real estate tokens through its partner CtrlAltCo.

Analyst Darkfost said on X that unrealized profit margins for Ethereum whale addresses have turned negative across all tracked tiers, with holders of 1,000 to 10,000 ETH at 0.21, those holding 10,000 to 100,000 ETH at 0.18, and wallets controlling over 100,000 ETH at 0.08. The shift occurred despite ETH's current price remaining above its April low. Darkfost noted that further declines could pressure large holders to liquidate portions of their positions, adding that ETH is trading in a stable range and stress on major holders often coincides with medium-term price bottoms.

Ethereum whales holding 1,000–10,000 ETH, 10,000–100,000 ETH and over 100,000 ETH now show unrealized profit margins of 0.21, 0.18 and 0.08 respectively, CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost said on Feb. 20. The negative margins indicate mounting stress across large holders that could trigger fire sales if ETH falls further, Darkfost noted. He added that ETH remains within a key trading range and that historically similar pressure phases have aligned with intermediate-term market bottoms.

Binance recorded outflows of 200 million XRP over the past 10 days, with the exchange's XRP supply ratio declining from 0.027 to 0.025. The withdrawals followed a 40% year-to-date correction in XRP prices.

Ethereum supply on exchanges has fallen to levels last seen in 2017, while total staked ETH hit an all-time high of 37.25 million, worth roughly $73.35 billion, tightening available market liquidity. More than 410,000 ETH, approximately $808 million, has been added to staking contracts from Feb. 1 to present, reducing tokens available for short-term trading. The number of deposit addresses sending Ethereum to trading platforms has dropped sharply to around 4,000, and exchange reserves have declined, indicating fewer coins are immediately available for sale. Spot demand on centralized exchanges remains uneven, with net inflows of about $412 million on Feb. 1, easing to roughly $56.81 million by Feb. 12, before a single-day rise to approximately $473.84 million on Feb. 15, leaving a tighter supply backdrop that could amplify price moves if buying activity intensifies.

Ethereum is trading in a tight range between approximately $1,900 and $2,300, with liquidity clusters compressing price action and repeated rejections near $2,200 and reactions around $1,950. Analyst BrutalBTC notes ETH has formed lower highs within this range after an extended decline, warning that confirmed lower timeframe closes below $1,900 could trigger a breakdown toward a deeper demand zone near $1,850 as clustered stop orders are swept. Analyst CW observes dense orderbook liquidity, with sell walls appearing around $2,100 and strong bids at $1,950, and CoinAnk heatmaps show sharp moves through low-liquidity zones can quickly push price until meeting congested bids, while thick sell-side liquidity above spot continues to restrain recovery attempts. Analyst CryptoJack, citing CryptoQuant data, points to record multi-year exchange inflows in the $2,000–$4,000 band and says this divergence between rising inflows and weaker spot prices signals macro accumulation and long-term positioning even as ETH trades below its 2021 peak and short-term volatility persists.

XRP has attracted $150 million in institutional inflows this year, CoinShares data show. Bitcoin and Ethereum saw roughly $1.5 billion in combined outflows over the same period.

Pineapple Financial acquired 560,647 INJ tokens for $2 million at an average price of $3.567 on Feb. 19, raising its holdings to 7% of total supply, the company said. The Injective community approved governance proposal IIP619 with a 99.99% majority on Feb. 19, 2026, enabling a mainnet upgrade to enhance realtime EVM architecture, support next-generation payments, and expand the MultiVM ecosystem; INJ jumped 13% to $3.60 following the announcement before retreating to around $3.20. Crypto trader Third Eye noted on X that a 4-hour close above $3.50 would signal a potential breakout, with support between $3.00 and $2.90, targets at $4.50, $5.00, and $5.50 implying 30-60% upside, and invalidation below $2.90; the analyst cited a market price near $3.38 and described INJ as "loading in a demand zone" after weeks of declines. Third Eye added that INJ traded 76% down over the year with neutral RSI and a consolidating MACD, warning that a breakdown could target $2.98 amid broader pressures.

Coinbase's Layer 2 network Base is transitioning from Optimism's OP Stack to proprietary code and will stop revenue sharing with the Optimism Collective, a program that has generated over $16 million to date, an Optimism spokesperson confirmed. Base has contributed 8,387 ETH—worth about $16.4 million at Wednesday's prices—representing 41% of the Optimism alliance's total revenue and reaching 90% of monthly revenue in January, DL News reports. Following the announcement, Optimism's OP token fell roughly 25% from Wednesday, trading just under $0.14 compared to its 2024 all-time high of $4.84, while Coinbase and OP Labs CEO Jing Wang said Base will remain a customer of OP Labs' "OP Enterprise Services." The shift raises questions for the Superchain consortium built on the OP Stack, which includes Sony's Soneium, Uniswap's Unichain, Kraken's Ink, Worldcoin's World Chain, and Optimism's OP Mainnet, according to DL News.
