Bitcoin Surges to $69,190 After U.S. January CPI Misses Estimates

Bitcoin jumped 4% to $69,190 on Feb. 13 after U.S. January CPI data came in below forecasts, BlockBeats reports. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics said core CPI rose 2.5% year-over-year and overall CPI increased 2.4% year-over-year in January, each 0.1 percentage point below expectations.
