A whale deposited 10,176 ETH valued at $28.69 million to Kraken six hours ago, on-chain data show. The same address had withdrawn 21,086 ETH worth $7.35 million from exchanges on Dec. 2, 2019. The whale has been gradually returning holdings to exchanges since then.

Grayscale will launch a spot Chainlink ETF trading under the ticker GLNK on Dec. 2, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said. The exchange filing for the product has been published. This marks the first spot ETF offering for the Chainlink token.

An address potentially associated with Bitmine or Sharplink Gaming received 7,080 ETH valued at $19.89 million from FalconX on December 2, Onchain Lens data show. The address currently holds 23,772 ETH worth $66.77 million.

Prediction market platform Kalshi has partnered with Solana to migrate its markets on-chain and enable permissionless monetization of its global liquidity pools, The Block reported on Dec. 2. The platform plans to tokenize thousands of prediction markets to attract crypto-native users and enhance liquidity. The move intensifies competition with Polymarket, which operates natively on Polygon, as both platforms see growing user bases and trading volumes.

A whale address starting with 0xa5B0 deposited $10 million USDC to HyperLiquid on Dec. 2 and opened a 20x leveraged long position on 12,000 ETH worth $32.8 million, Lookonchain data show. The position has a liquidation price of $1,990.

BitMine accumulated 1,075,599 ETH between September 29 and December 1, increasing its holdings from 2,650,900 ETH to 3,726,499 ETH, company data show. During the same period, ETH declined from $4,142 at October's opening to $2,811 as of press time, a 32% drop.

BitMine disclosed on December 1 that its combined cryptocurrency, cash, and strategic asset holdings totaled $12.1 billion as of 6:30 p.m. ET on November 30, according to a company announcement. The firm's portfolio includes 3,726,499 ETH, 192 BTC, $36 million in Eightco Holdings equity, and $882 million in unrestricted cash. The company raised its Ethereum position by 96,798 ETH over the prior week, a 39% rise in weekly acquisition volume, Chairman Tom Lee said. Lee cited upcoming catalysts including the Fusaka upgrade scheduled for December 3 and anticipated Federal Reserve actions such as quantitative tightening cessation and a potential rate cut on December 10.

On-chain analyst Yu Jin reported on Dec. 1 that Huang Licheng's ETH long position was liquidated for 400 ETH (approximately $1.11 million) at $2,792 during the recent price decline. The position now stands at $4.52 million, with only $140,000 remaining of the $1 million deposited into Hyperliquid last week.
