Yearn Finance Loses $9M in yETH Token Exploit

Yearn Finance reported a security breach on November 30 that resulted in approximately $9 million in losses. The attack targeted a vulnerability in a legacy yETH stableswap pool, allowing unauthorized token minting. Blockchain security firm PeckShield tracked roughly $3 million of the stolen funds to Tornado Cash, while the remaining $6 million remains in the exploiter's wallet.
