Uniswap Governance Set to Burn 100M UNI and Activate Fee Switch After UNIfication Vote

The Uniswap community is on track to approve the UNIfication proposal, which will burn 100 million UNI from the Uniswap Foundation treasury and activate fee switches on mainnet after a two-day timelock. Voting began on December 20 and is scheduled to end on December 25, with over 69 million UNI cast in favor and the token trading near $6.08 after a recent recovery from $4.88.
