Tether Adds 9,850 BTC in Q4 2025 as Its Treasury Wallet Nears 100,000 Bitcoin

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Tether expanded its Bitcoin reserves by about 9,850 BTC, worth roughly $876 million, as part of its policy of allocating up to 15% of quarterly profits into BTC. After these additions, the company’s main treasury address now holds 96,185 BTC, while other corporates such as Strategy and Metaplanet also continued to grow their Bitcoin balances despite a sideways price range near $88,000–$90,000.
