SoFi Technologies posts $1.113B Q4 2025 revenue and $172.5M GAAP profit as lending and fees soar

SoFi Technologies reported that in Q4 2025 its net revenue climbed to about $1.113 billion and GAAP net income reached $172.5 million, marking its first billion-dollar revenue quarter and its ninth straight profitable period. The company added 1 million new members to reach 13.7 million, saw loan originations hit $10.5 billion, and grew fee-based revenue to $443 million while setting ambitious 2026 targets for membership, revenue, and EBITDA.
