Kraken Files Confidential S-1 with SEC for Proposed IPO

Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken has submitted a confidential Form S-1 to the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering. The Wyoming-based platform secured $800 million in funding through two separate investment rounds, valuing the company at $20 billion.
